As a high-end salon, LURE wanted to keep a stylish and elegant look and feel, but upgrade from Flash technology which is not viewable on iPads and iPhones. We initially talked about a Wordpress site, but Tumblr became the right way to go. After sourcing and reviewing a number of premium Themes, I customized the excellent “Rank and File” Theme by David Cole, to match MATES’ goals and requests.
